Els nostres plats es basen en els principis de la dieta mediterrània, inspirats en el receptari tradicional, amb un lleuger toc de modernitat. El producte, sempre fresc i de proximitat.

Són molts els anys d’experiència d’aquest grup de professionals, els quals basen la seva filosofia en un punt comú: respecte al producte i a la tradició gastronòmica del nostre país. El receptari tradicional és un llegat cultural que és necessari preservar. No hi ha futur sense la memòria del passat.

La carta que proposem és àmplia, peixos i marisc van apareixent en ella segons sigui el seu moment més òptim: del mar a la taula. Un important assortiment de tapes facilita que puguem aconsellar-vos uns menús variats i divertits. Mereixen una menció especial els arrossos i les paelles que són la nostra especialitat.
